Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data at any time. Choose the option that fits.

1. Remove data stored on your computer

1. Open the Software and disconnect the platforms you no longer want to use (Social Auto Post → Pages & Setup for Facebook and YouTube; Settings for Shopify and eBay).
2. Uninstall the Software (Windows: Settings → Apps; Mac: move the app to the Trash; Chrome: right-click the extension → Remove from Chrome). This deletes all locally stored settings, tokens and keys.

2. Remove store-chat data from our server

1. In the Software open the AI Assistant → Store chats.
2. Use Delete chat for one conversation or Delete all chats for everything.

Store chats are also deleted automatically 45 days after the last message.

3. If you used “Login with Facebook”

1. On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
2. Find the Elefair app and choose Remove. This stops all access.
3. To delete any information we may hold about you, email us as described below.

4. Ask us to delete your data

Email support@elefairtech.com with the subject Data deletion request and tell us the email address, store address or Facebook Page involved. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
