These terms apply to elefairtech.com and to the services of Elefair International Inc. (“we”). By using our website, buying from us or using our services, you agree to them. Use of our software is also covered by the Software License Agreement.
1. Accounts and licenses
You are responsible for keeping your license key, passwords and connected accounts secure, and for activity under them. Licenses are for the number of users or stores stated at purchase.
2. Acceptable use
- Follow the rules of every platform you connect — including Shopify, Amazon, eBay (including VeRO), Meta and Google.
- Don't use our software or services to send spam, infringe intellectual property, mislead customers or break the law.
- Don't attempt to break, reverse engineer, overload or bypass the security of our software or servers.
3. Your content and your store
You own your products, listings, messages and data. You give us only the permission needed to run the features you turn on. You are responsible for the prices, descriptions and promises in your store, including anything the AI assistant says on your behalf in the modes you choose.
4. Third-party platforms
Our software works with services we don't control. Their availability, rules, fees and decisions — such as listing removals or account limits — are outside our responsibility.
5. Services we provide
For custom work (for example server setup, design or video production) we agree the scope, price and timeline in writing before starting.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout or in our written quote. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer
Our software and services are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific sales or ranking results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
